GO UP and Foot Lab have come together to collaborate on new activities for professional players and coaches, as well as support for clubs. The partnership aims to bring together the unique strengths of both organizations to create innovative programs and t<\/span>o increase brand awareness in France and Switzerland.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The newly formed partnership between the two organizations specialized in individual player development will enhance and personalize the exclusive services provided to players and coaches. By joining forces, they will be able to open new markets and opportunities to further expand their reach and offer innovative, tailored and high-level programs for professional players, coaches and clubs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To mark this partnership, GO UP Players and Foot Lab will jointly organize an<\/span> international soccer coaches\u2019 education in Crans-Montana (Switzerland) next July 2023,<\/span><\/b> aimed at trainers willing to increase their knowledge about positional game (detailed information and registration form will be available next Tuesday June 6th). The highlight of the event will be a special appearance from Joan Vil\u00e0, owner of GO UP Players and former coach and methodology director of FC Barcelona.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

ABOUT GO UP<\/span><\/b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2007, among other activities, GO UP mainly provides individual tactical advice to professional football players through the <\/span>GO UP Method<\/span><\/b>, helping them to get to know themselves better and have a deeper understanding of the game. GO UP enhances football player’s tactical skills to maximize performance and boost their sports career. It has advised several significant pro football players, such as<\/span> Xavi Hern\u00e1ndez, Carles Puyol, Lucas V\u00e1zquez, Take Kubo, Marc Bartra, Gerard Deulofeu \u2026<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Joan Vil\u00e0<\/span><\/b> is a former pro footballer who played for FC Barcelona in the 1970s. After retiring from his playing career, he coaches the FC Barcelona\u2019s grassroots teams, and in 2011 he was named <\/span>Methodology director of FC Barcelona<\/span><\/b> together with Francisco Seirul\u00b7lo. All his coaching career was directly influenced by <\/span>Johan Cruyff<\/span><\/b> and Laureano Ruiz, both were those who built the pillars of a new playing style which, later on, <\/span>Pep Guardiola <\/span><\/b>was able to master. Joan Vil\u00e0 is internationally known for his contributions to the development of players from La Masia and his expertise is highly recognized in the soccer world, specially because of his influence of Xavi Hernandez’ playing career, whom he also individually formed and advised in his beginnings as a coach.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

ABOUT FOOT LAB<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Founded in 2009, Foot Lab specializes in creating tailored programs for football players at all stages of training, including professionals, clubs, schools, and federations. The organization is dedicated to individual technical and tactical development, with a focus on the unique micro behaviors of each player. The founder, <\/span>Patrick La Spina<\/span><\/b>, is a renowned expert in technical development. He co-created the Zidane Five Clubs methodology in partnership with <\/span>Zinedine Zidane <\/span><\/b>and <\/span>David Bettoni<\/span><\/b>, and he develops and integrates specific programs in various European professional clubs and national federations.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
