DATE: From Monday February 12 to Wednesday February 14, 2024.
HOURS:
Mornings: from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm (reception from 9 am)
Afternoons: from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm (care until 4:00 pm)
Days: from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm (or 9:00 am to 4:00 pm)

PRICE:
- 3 mornings: CHF 150.00
- 3 afternoons: 150.00 CHF
- 3 full days: 250.00 CHF

Please note: for full-day registrations, lunch is not included. Children bring their own lunch and eat under the supervision of our staff.

By sending this registration form, I declare:

- I have read and accept the general conditions and the rules of the camp.
- I authorize Foot Lab to use for promotional purposes the photos or videos taken during the camp.
- I authorize Foot Lab to transport the student by car or bus to and from the camp.
- I declare that the medical information I have provided is accurate and I authorize Foot Lab to take any action necessary due to the child’s condition (unless otherwise specified in writing by me), and I agree to reimburse any medical expenses. I certify that the student is in good health and is able to practice a sport.
