A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO FOOTBALL

DEVELOP CREATIVE, DECISION-MAKING PLAYERS,
WHO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

For more than 10 years, Foot Lab has been developing specific football programmes based on the principles of movement fluidity and the development of the individual. The player confidence is one of the key elements.

Foot Lab offers a sports and educational programme for young footballers, as well as training for coaches and support for clubs.

Patrick La Spina, the founder of Foot Lab, is a specialist in technical development; he designs and integrates specific programmes in professional clubs and national federations.

He is also the creator of the Zidane Five Clubs method, in collaboration with Zinedine Zidane and David Bettoni.

THE SPORTING OBJECTIVE: A CUTTING-EDGE PHILOSOPHY

Through camps, weekly training sessions and programmes for clubs and schools, Foot Lab offers a quality training structure, which allows the child, while having fun, to improve his game and technique.

Our axes of development:

  • Prepare and train the player to face the unexpected;
  • Develop the most appropriate body movements to respond optimally to field situations;
  • Increase the ability to identify the relevant elements in the decision making process;
  • Develop creative and confident players.

THE EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVE: LEARNING THROUGH PASSION

Foot Lab offers an educational component with its two programs Foot Health and Foot Respect.

Short films followed by debates and fun activities, with the support of various associations/foundations, will allow the child, in total immersion in his passion for football, to discover all its aspects: basic advice on nutrition, injury prevention, awareness of discrimination, sharing of experience with referees, etc.

Foot Lab creates a competent sports structure environment for the child, where the values of sport are also taught.
