INSTRUCTOR: PATRICK LA SPINA

FOOT LAB FOUNDER

Patrick has been working for many years in the training of football players and educators, including as a head coach at various professional clubs in Switzerland. For 5 years he was a technical coach at FC Basel.

Through Foot Lab, Patrick develops and integrates specific programmes in professional clubs and national federations.

He also creates training programmes for educators and instructors on the development of the player in all its dimensions.

Patrick has completed the Master Profesional de Futbol of FC Barcelona and the Professional Master on Tactical Periodisation by Vítor Frade (Porto).

He is the creator of the Zidane Five Club method, with Zinedine Zidane and David Bettoni.

Through his courses and training sessions, Patrick offers varied, adapted, innovative and motivating training content that helps players progress and allows them to express their talent to the full.

I have followed many training courses given by Patrick. His approach, his contents and his expertise are very useful in my daily work.

Knowing how to manage space and time individually and collectively under high intensity is essential for a high level player.

Patrick, through his expertise, the quality and relevance of his interventions, the variety of his exercises, brings a plus to our players in all decisive moments, especially in the last 30 meters.
