Foot Lab offers a sports and educational programme for young soccer players, as well as training for coaches and support for clubs. Its philosophy and specific programmes are based on the movement fluidity and the development of the individual.

Patrick La Spina, the founder of Foot Lab, is a specialist in technical development; he is also the creator of the Zidane Five Clubs method, in collaboration with Zinedine Zidane and David Bettoni.
