In Crans-Montana, a sunny resort in the heart of the Swiss Alps, located in the canton of Valais, at an altitude of 1500 m. Situated on a plateau dotted with small lakes and forests, the resort offers students a calm, serene environment and numerous activities such as hiking, adventure park, swimming pool, cinema, beach volleyball, etc. (www.crans-montana.ch).

A TYPICAL DAY AT FOOT LAB SOCCER CAMP
7h45. Wake up – Breakfast.
9h00. Preparation/analysis of the technical gesture of the day with the help of the video.
9h30. Field: technical workshops, small games,…
12h00. Lunch.
14h00. Educational program (nutritional advice, injury prevention…).
15h00. Field: use of the morning’s technical skills in the game: match/penalty contest – snack
17h30. Shower/extra soccer activities/games supervised by BAFA animators.
(End for external students).
19h30. Dinner and evening entertainment (role-playing games, animations,…).
22h30. Lights out, bedtime.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
Arrival at the camp
Reception of the trainees: Monday morning between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. at the Hôtel la Prairie (or Sunday evening between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m.).
Departure
Students will be released on Friday afternoon around 4pm. Parents are invited to attend the last training sessions on Friday at 2:30 pm.
